Having promised the electorate that it would rigorously investigate the deal that saw Vodafone acquire a majority stake in state-owned Ghana Telecom (GT), the new administration of President John Atta Mills was put on notice to deliver its pre-election pledge by outspoken opposition MP Paul Collins Appiah-Ofori--thus setting the cat among the pigeons.
