The reason for this is not clear but probably stems from an increase in popularity of scheduling solutions. Users will be aware that mobile solutions can significantly enhance the use of a scheduling solution. Operations with outdated service management solutions or with home-grown legacy solutions probably do not have very effective scheduling systems.
