Zusammenfassung
Three Lives (the 1909 Grafton edition of the text is used here) is described as Gertrude Stein's 'first experimental work' and one of its three parts made use of an earlier novel, Q.E.D. which was not published until after the author's death because it was an openly lesbian story.
