Liberia's former foreign minister, Lewis G. Brown, led the Liberian government delegation to the 2004 Peace Conference in Accra, Ghana, that paved the way for the current constitutional rule in the country. He pours his heart out here in this "open letter" to President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, expressing serious disquiet about a number of issues going on in the country, which if not checked, might throw Liberia back into conflict.
