The trouble with Namibia.

Iin 21 years of independence, the government of Namibia has done exceedingly well developing and maintaining the country's infrastructure The roads are good, the water supply works, power cuts are unknown, traffic queues are almost non-existent--even in the capital Windhoek--cleanliness is next to heaven, the greenery is superb. In short, the orderliness in Namibia belies its geographical location--in Africa! But there is a catch, as our editor, Baffour Ankomah, visiting Namibia for the second time in April discovered. here is his report.

NAMIBIA IS IN AFRICA (LET nobody make a mistake about it, from the above introduction). It is a wonderful country.
