Telling it as it is.

According to recent figures released by the UK's Office for National Statistics, more than 97,000 teenagers became pregnant in England and Wales in 2000. Yet, while these teenagers are not using condoms, they are not catching HIV. So what is happening in Africa? As the world prepares to mark another "World Aids Day" (1 December), the ANC, provides some food for thought here on African Aids.
