Summary
Providing both hardware and software support to the education sector, IDS Maintenance has 19 engineers involved in delivering the RM Hardware Warranty services, supported by 14 office-based staff, 11 skilled repair colleagues and logistics officers. Office staff regularly accompany engineers to allow them to understand the pressures of field service and to understand customer's requirements. There is also a lively social calendar to promote team spirit and maintain high levels of morale.
