Summary
The acquisition of ComCroup, designer and distributor of Simoco branded professional mobile radio (PMR) terminals, by Team Telecom Group has been announced, to strengthen the overall business proposition of Team Simoco. Ian Carr, managing director of Team Simoco said: 'The acquisition re-unites two businesses that share a 50-year heritage, common technology platforms and a global product brand.'
