The mission "helped us close a $600,000 deal," says Peter Kujawski, vice president of military, government and export sales for the firearms manufacturer Sigarms, where international sales represent 11 to 12 percent of the company's business so far this year. The trip included briefings with commercial officers from U.S. embassies, match-makingwith potential trading partners, meetings with U.S. consulate representatives, and a reception at the home of the American ambassador to Chile, Craig A.
