Academy Internet has acquired assets and core members of the e-learning team from AdVal to work alongside its own existing e-learning business. Academy Internet says the company is constantly looking for opportunities to expand in its chosen areas of Internet marketing and e-learning and the acquisition of the assets from the receiver represents a step closer to achieving their business strategy. Six core members of the former Maxim e-learning team including Richard Middleton (Creative Director) and Tim Harrington (Sales Director) have now joined Academy Internet to lead its e-learning business.
